PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A 15-year-old student at Woodburn High School was arrested on Monday for allegedly threatening to “shoot up the school.”
Officials went to the unidentified teenager’s home and arrested him on disorderly conduct charges. He admitted to the threat and said he did it “as a joke.” He was taken to Marion County Juvenile Detention Center.
Woodburn Police say no students or staff at the high school were ever in danger.
