BEAVERTON, Ore. (KOIN) — A Vancouver man was arrested Wednesday after an 11-year-old girl told police he used a mirror to look up her skirt in a Goodwill store.
The incident happened at the Goodwill on SW Westgate Drive, police said.
The girl gave police a description of the man and a store employee followed him into the parking lot and was able to see what kind of car he was driving.
Officers searched the area and found a man who matched the girl’s description, other than the fact that he was wearing a different shirt. He was identified as 41-year-old Luis Martinez-Sanchez. Officers determined he changed his shirt when he left Goodwill and hid the one he was wearing in his trunk, according to police.
He was arrested for invasion of personal privacy and taken to Washington County Jail.
