Man shot multiple times in church parking lot

HAPPY VALLEY, Ore. (KOIN) –A man was shot in the parking lot of New Hope Church on SE Stevens Rd around 8:15 p.m. Wednesday, August 17.

The man was treated and taken to the hospital after an unknown man shot him multiple times, according to the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Dept.

Deputies searched the area but did not find a suspect. The sheriff’s department gave a possible description of the suspect as a white man wearing a red shirt and red hat.

Investigators believe this is an isolated incident, but the investigation is ongoing.
