HAPPY VALLEY, Ore. (KOIN) — A man stole an 89-year-old woman’s purse on Sunday at the Happy Valley Station Food Carts.

Jeanette Rosacrantz says she and her son-in-law were eating dinner at the food carts and when they were done, she walked away from her purse for a moment. When she returned for it, it was gone.
Police are asking the public for help identifying the suspect, a 30-50-year-old man who was seen on security video holding what looks like a purse. He was driving a Dodge Ram Truck with no front license plate. The truck also had a handicap placard hanging from the rear view mirror.
“I hope we can find that guy,” Rosacratz said. “I probably won’t get my purse back but I hope he gets caught so he doesn’t do it to somebody else.”
She said her wallet, money, gift cards and a sentimental coin purse were in the bag.
