HAPPY Valley, Ore. (KOIN) — The suspect who allegedly shot 18-year-old Frank Nifton in the parking lot of New Hope Church on August 17, has been identified.
The 17-year-old suspect, Todd Petrie Jr. is being held on the charge of attempted murder the Donald E. Long Detention Center in Portland.
Police said Nifton was treated for his injuries and is expected to survive.
