PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A man allegedly robbed the Plaid Pantry in the Woodstock neighborhood with a chainsaw and a knife on Sunday night.
Portland Police say Jonathon Lee Lathrop, 34, went to store on SE Woodstock Boulevard and tried to rob the store.
Officers arrived on scene and arrested Lathrop shortly after. They found a chainsaw at the scene.
A car was on fire next to the store but officials haven’t determined if there was a connection to the robbery.
No one was injured in either incident.
