PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — An 18-year-old man was killed in a shooting in Portland’s Portsmouth neighborhood Monday night, police said.
Officers first received reports of gunfire near North Willis Boulevard and Hereford Avenue around 8:30 p.m., according to Portland Police Bureau.
First responders found Marquis S. Taylor and pronounced him dead on the scene.
PPB’s Gang Enforcement Team is investigating the case.
