PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Three people were injured after a teenager drove a car over a 6-foot retaining wall at a Gresham WinCo on Saturday night, police said.
The crash happened when a 17-year-old driver tried exiting the WinCo parking lot on SE 1st Street over a 6-foot retaining wall. She flipped the car and landed in the parking lot below, according to Gresham Police Dept.
She was cited for DUII but isn’t being identified due to her age.
Two other unnamed 19-year-olds were in the car with her at the time of the crash. All 3 sustained injuries that authorities said weren’t life threatening.
