VANCOUVER, Wash. (KOIN) — A man was shot in Vancouver Thursday afternoon, police said.
According to Vancouver police, the victim called 911 saying he had been shot near the 1900 block of Todd Road. He was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The suspect, who police said knows the victim, was taken into custody without incident.
