TUALATIN, Ore. (KOIN) — A woman is being sought by Tualatin police after stealing a purse from a shopper and then using a credit card from that purse to buy gift cards.
The theft happened Wednesday at a Tualatin grocery store, police said. Store surveillance photos were released by police on Friday.
