PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Two people were attacked in Grant Park on Halloween night.
Portland Police say two people in Halloween masks, likely juveniles, attacked the two victims and stole their shoes and backpacks.
One of the victims was struck with a bat and taken to a hospital.
