PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A shooting in Clackamas County on Saturday left one dead and a suspect still on the loose, Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office deputies said.
The shooting happened at the intersection of Southeast McLoughlin and Southeast Concord. Hwy 99E is scheduled to be closed in both directions for several hours.
Deputies said they arrived on the scene and found a man dead on the ground. There were multiple witnesses.
