Portland police went to the Aloft Hotel, 9920 NE Cascades Parkway, around 8 p.m. Thursday when one suspect, Levi Jon Lepage, walked into the lobby.

The 25-year-old Lepage ran and dropped a handgun, police said, before surrendering.
