PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A man accused of exposing himself in Washington Park last April was arrested on Tuesday, police said.

Initial reports indicated the suspect was seen dressed in woman’s clothing, exposing himself and masturbating in the park, Portland Police Bureau said.

The man also left “evidence of an offensive nature behind in the park.”

Surveillance images posted online led police to identify the suspect as 34-year-old Nathan Lee Conner.

Conner was arrested Tuesday and charged with 13 counts of indecent exposure, 13 counts of public indecency, 13 counts of offensive littering and first-degree criminal trespassing.

He did not threaten or approach anyone during the incidents, police said.

Conner will be arraigned in Multnomah County Court on Wednesday.
