KEIZER, Ore. (KOIN) — One person was shot in the parking lot of a retail store and the alleged shooter is in custody, Keizer police told KOIN 6 News.
The shooting at the Bi-Mart, 3862 River Road North, happened around 1:30 p.m. When police arrived they found one person wounded and rushed that person to Salem Hospital.
The suspect was quickly taken into custody.
