PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Ray Pohl was in court Tuesday morning where he pleaded guilty to 2 counts of public indecency. The charges stemmed from an incident where he exposed himself to coffee stand employees at a local drive-thru.
He was sentenced to 3 years probation.

Pohl is the husband of the mayor of Clatskanie. In September, he pleaded not guilty to 30 charges of public indecency.
Documents obtained by KOIN 6 News reveal an employee took a picture of the 64-year-old as he sat in the drive-thru line with his genitals exposed. At the time, he was a member of the city’s planning council but resigned after the charges were made public.
