PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — An high school teacher for the Astoria School District was arrested on Friday for allegedly luring a former student.
Police say they started investigating 52-year-old Matthew Todd Love after a tip about him came in from a mandatory reporter.
The minor in the investigation is not a student in the Astoria School District and is not his former student in the district, but Love was a teacher at other school districts on the Oregon Coast.
He is charged with luring a minor and official misconduct.
